About Chodak Design

Mirka Chodakova has designed DFW yards for over a decade.

Mirka trained as an architect in Europe and has been designing residential outdoor spaces across Dallas–Fort Worth ever since she moved here. She knows the soil, the HOAs, the trade partners, the climate and the seasons. Every project starts with her at the property, reading the land and the family, and every rendering leaves her desk with her signature on it.

Mirka sketches the concept and produces a 3D rendering, so you can see the yard before you pay for any build.

Revisions to final plan

Two rounds of revisions built into every project. You tweak until it's right, then Mirka locks the design.

Build hand-off

Mirka delivers the final plan plus a shortlist of trusted DFW builders. You hire and work with them directly.
